The University of New Orleans Facility Services' Work Request System, TMA iServiceDesk
Welcome to Facility Services' work request system. We encourage everyone on campus to submit their requests through iServiceDesk, a browser-based work request system. By using iServiceDesk to place your work requests you will have the ability to check the real-time status of your requests. As soon as we convert your request to a work order and issue it to a technician, you will know.
If any problems arise that requires our immediate attention please call the Service Center and report your problem by calling FIXIT (3-4948).
