You will be viewing your particular time clock punches. You are responsible for ensuring that your punches exist in the system. If you are worried you did not clock in properly, or you might have forgotten to punch out, be sure to check this website. If you see a discrepancy, this will give you a means for addressing your particular punch complaint with your Facility Services HR contact person. If you are having problems, please pass your comments/complaints through your Facility Services HR contact person.
Timeclock punches are downloaded from the clocks to the timeclock database daily at 6:15AM, 7AM, 8:30AM, 3PM and 4:50PM. If a punch is missing, be sure to check when the last set of punches were downloaded.
